Why many powerful black women struggle in their work and life

As a black woman working in a professional organization, I understand what it means to be working on the “corporate plantation”.

When you’re constantly facing attack, workplace bullying, prejudice, and racism, your health and your sanity can take a serious nose dive.

Even though you’re intelligent, wise, and provide tremendous value, those things are overlooked and instead your boss tends to focus on your shortcomings, mistakes, and weaknesses, as if that’s all there is to you.

All of this happens because you are a powerful woman who stands up for herself, especially when she doesn’t abide by the ‘do as I say, not as I do’ fucked-up boss mentality.

Or maybe you are in a relationship that is abusive, unhappy, and dysfunctional.  Your needs and desires are not being met, despite clearly communicating them.

If this is happening to you, consider the fact that you are in the wrong place.

The Law of Place

Mike Murdock writes about the Law of Place in his book, 7 Laws of Uncommon Success.  To summarize, the points I received from this law are the following:

  • your greatness will not meet you where you are tolerated, where you are experiencing constant power struggles and toxicity each day
  • it’s considered spiritually immature to stay in a place where you are not celebrated, honored, respected, and protected
  • when you are in the wrong place, you will never be honored for your difference, only ridiculed and demeaned

This is why I started my business, Business Queen Unlimited.

Intuitively, I began sensing that I was in the wrong place in 2013.  There was something else I was being urged to do, which was to use my leadership to teach, speak, and coach.

I knew it was time for a change, but I didn’t know where to start.

I also knew that I needed deep healing and transformation, but didn’t know how to go about doing that for myself.

So, I didn’t pursue my calling, and as a result, I experienced inner turmoil and pain that created a “hell on earth” experience.

It wasn’t until I surrendered and went through the process to unlock my Royal Promise that I was able to step into my power and create my business.

So, if you know that you are in the wrong place, you’re meant for more but don’t know how to get there, I would love to support you.

Personal coaching is the quickest way to achieve the transformation you want to see in yourself and your life.

These spaces are limited and are for the Queens who are serious about achieving their greatest vision for their life, work, and the world.

If you’re ready to become the Queen of your life, ready to create the changes you want, stand in your power and live your life on YOUR terms, I invite you to apply for a complimentary Unlock Your Royal Purpose Breakthrough Session.
